The Frontier Phase I Closing Weekend: An Inside Job performance + closing reception Friday, May 18, 6-9 + An Inside Job discussion Saturday, 3pm

In conjunction with Charlotte Street’s Open Studios Weekend, Paragraph and Project Space host the final incarnation of Phase I of The Frontier THIS WEEKEND, May 18-19.

Events include:

The Frontier: Phase I Closing Reception — May 18, 6-9pm

Last chance to explore projects from Phase I of The Frontier, many of which have evolved since the opening and continue to invite your participation. Projects on view include:  Kansas City Power & Light, Beating the Bounds, weissraum, Frontier: Momentum + Trajectory, and The Living Archive and Living Timeline (Phase I).

An Inside Job premiere live performance — May 18, 6:30-8pm 

Don’t miss the first and only performance of An Inside Job, which Jane Gotch, Laura Frank, Tiffany Sisemore, Abbe FindleyKatie Ford, and Laura Isaachave developed over several months through an intensive, collaborative, exploratory process. The performance investigates the human act of sensing through video, visual constructions, and live movement.

Public program: The Development of An Inside Job — May 19, 3pm

Join Gotch, Ford, Isaac and Sisemore for a discussion of the ideas and process involved in creating An Inside Job.
